Joshua Bonilla is an avid problem solver, a lifelong learner and a dedicated technical team lead. He has over ten years’ management experience, most recently serving as the Deputy CTO for the Mayor's Office of Contract Services (MOCS). He has played a critical role in PASSPort implementation from Release 2 and has lead the Enterprise Data Services team since November 2020, supporting a variety of data engineering projects leveraging machine learning technologies, webservices integrations and data governance and DevOps frameworks. He holds a B.A. from Princeton University and a PhD from the University of Chicago.
